What's Included

WebInk Solutions will build your website using WordPress (CMS) and Divi. This CMS is used by more than a million brands around the world and is known for its ease of use, security, and scalability.


Your website will serve as a credibility-focused platform — confirming your business's legitimacy to potential customers who search for you after receiving a phone call or business card. It will be built with SEO best practices and connected to your Google My Business page for local search visibility.


The site will start with a contact form as the primary lead capture tool, with the option to integrate with a CRM platform (such as Jobber, Autopilot, or House Pro) in the future as your needs evolve.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Structure

A non-refundable initial payment of 50% of the estimated project cost is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the handover of the final website.

Project Milestones

Key milestones include Homepage Design Approval, Remaining Page Designs Approval, Go-Live Production Testing, and Project Completion. Your timely feedback and content delivery are crucial — we will provide specific deadlines for each phase.

Late Content Delivery

A grace period of 30 days from each milestone's deadline is allowed for content delivery. After the grace period, a monthly late fee of 5% of the total project cost will be incurred. If content is not delivered within 30 days following the grace period, we reserve the right to complete the project using stock content, at which point the final invoice will be issued.

Post-Completion Edits

Upon completion, you will have 14 days to review the final product and request minor adjustments. Any significant changes or additions outside the original scope of work will be billed at an hourly rate of $80.
